I just want to say myself and my wife had such a great experience buying our new 2018 Chevy Traverse. Ron our salesman and Kelli was fantastic. No pressure and they didn't try to sell us what we didn't want they found the vehicle and Kelli work her magic on finance and got us the payment we wanted. You know how when you go to some dealers you are there all day to buy a car we didn't do that we may have 2 hours total being there on the lot that includes test driving deal making and signing and picking up our new ride. I pulled in without an appointment and I was still in and out in about 35 minutes. Everyone was very friendly. The waiting area and restroom were very clean and neat.
I had a very good experience buying my new vehicle from Sullivan's. John Schaefer was great to deal with. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and to get me comfortable in my new ride. Highly recommend him.
