I purchased a car a less than a month ago and my check engine light came on. I called and asked if they would be willing to cover some of the cost of repair. He flat out said no sorry for your luck. Khalilah B
Took my 2017 Silverado to sullivan parkhill for transmission work,and I feel like they were trying to just get as much money as they possibly could out of me. They charged me for replacement parts and then they tell me I need a new transmission. I feel like they should have new from the Dino that I need a new transmission from the start.

I was informed that you did authorize the ordering of the parts that were required to drop the pan to inspect your transmission for diagnosis. great selection and awesome customer service. online shopping experience was great. I called and told them what I was interested in, and in less than 15 minutes I was approved. got to bring my new vehicle home the same day. ashley and John were great. and the rest of the sales team were so friendly too. My husband and I bought a van from here around the beginning of May and after having it for about 3 weeks we realized something was wrong with it. Took it in on May 26th to have it looked at and found out the transmission was bad!! They are taking care of it for the most part...but the communication has been awful! My husband has to reach out all the time to get an update and today has marked 6 weeks we have not had it and we keep just getting well hopefully tomorrow as an answer basically!
