What a pleasant car buying experience! I worked with Lisa, David, Ryan and Stephan at different portions of my 2 day buying experience. Bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes E350 from Robert Lalumendier (also worked with Jake Tucker and Kirk) a few weeks ago. Hands down best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Friendly, professional, not pushy, and so so helpful. I feel like I can call or pop in there with questions any time. I purchased a fantastic CPO E350 a couple months ago. Recently, water somehow got into my right front headlight and caused all kinds of electrical problems. I drove it to my local MB dealership and they couldn't even look at it for a week. Called Sullivan-Parkhill, they said bring it in tomorrow morning at 9:00. Somehow they were able to diagnose the problem, order the parts, install them, wash my car and have it back to me in 48 hours! That is customer service! Thank you.
