Good evening me and my family went there today to go and look at the 2009 Cadillac SRX, I really liked the car but the salesman wouldn't accept my offer or my husband, I was very upset that they didn't accept it, but it's OK cause I will shop somewhere else.

I bought a certified pre owned 2012 Cadillac SRX from Sullivan Cadillac. The vehicle just turned 47,000 miles and I noticed a humming noise coming from the wheels. I took my vehicle into Sullivan on the weekend, but the service technician had already left and wouldn't be back till Monday. I asked if there was a lender car that I could borrow because I live 30 minutes away and didn't want to cause any additional damage or cause an accident with my 6 month old being with me.
