The most dishonest sales person I have ever dealt with. Went to look at a used vehicle and was told it was a trade in, repeatedly, by sales person and sales manager. After researching the vechicle on my own through Carfax, I came to find out that they were trying to sell me a vehicle that they bought on auction. I also found out that the odometer had been tampered with prior to auction. SULLIVAN CADILLAC HAS NOW RESORTED TO SELLING AUCTION VEHICLES. BE WARNED.

Jamie in the service department really made me feel like I was a true member of the the Cadillac family. This being my first Cadillac, I couldn't believe the fantastic level of service that they had to offer in regards to warranty work. Every concern that I had was addressed immediately. Because of the excellent service I received I truly believe there will be some model of Cadillac in my garage for many years to come. Kudos to you Sullivan Cadillac service department. Finally! A company that got it right.
