What a waste of time... talked over the phone said one thing only to be totally dishonest to me. Told me they gave over blue book on the car I wanted to buy, but offered me four thousand dollars less than blue book on my car... I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all. They even lied and said the vehicle had to have new tires put on, that's why its more than the online price. But yet it had the original tires on the car. Bought a 2013 ATS from their used car dept. come to find out it was an auction car that had frame damage and that was disclosed to them. They then sold it as a Certified Pre-ownedCadillac. I had the misfortune of buying it from them later. They deny knowing this but Carfax says the auction disclosed it.
Beyond amazing customer service. Always treated nicely and they go beyond their way to make you happy. Jamie and Rob in the service department are superstars.

After researching the vechicle on my own through Carfax, I came to find out that they were trying to sell me a vehicle that they bought on auction. I also found out that the odometer had been tampered with prior to auction. SULLIVAN CADILLAC HAS NOW RESORTED TO SELLING AUCTION VEHICLES. BE WARNED.
