Literally the worst service every single time I go in. What’s the point of a car wash and vacuum if all they do is hose it down, no soap, no scrubbing and don’t even vacuum the vehicle when asked to. My family and I will never do business with them again in our lifetimes.

I was a co-signer on a used car deal for my mother who has since been pressured, harassed and threatened to pay fees she’s never been billed for a car she DID NOT purchase! The car she was hoping to buy was stolen while in her possession for the weekend. The deal was never closed. The car was recovered, the thief was arrested and charges filed. Sullivan Cadillac sold me a LEMON! Bought the 2012 SRX with 65,000 miles on the car 6 months ago and now it needs a new transmission. That is going to cost me 6,500 to have it repaired. .My local Cadillac dealership told me the fluids have been changed so Sulli an probably knew there was a problem when they sold it to me. I called Sullivan to see if there was any way they could help me out and they could not! Don't buy from them unless you want a lemon. They will not even consider a trade! Bad business! We're sorry you're having an unpleasant experience. We would never try to hide a transmission problem by changing the fluid and then sell the vehicle to a customer. We researched the vehicle history and the previous owner had a transmission service done before it was traded in at Sullivan. Additionally, changing the fluid on a bad transmission would not mask a problem for six months. drove 2 hours to buy a 2019 F250 with 13k miles and the tires were switched from another truck that had almost bald tires.. salesman said he never thought to inspect all the tires... buyers beware

Great people when buying a car. Great service department. We took out an expensive warranty, when we went to cancel it due to trading in the car at another dealership, it was a real hassle. Six weeks and no action. Contacted the warranty company ourselves and found out no contact was made by Sullivan. Difficulty getting straight answers, no returned calls, just an email showing paperwork that was not submitted in a timely matter.
