I traded in my 2017 acura ilx for a 2017 cadillac ats luxury 2.0 T on 12.31.21. A day or two after I noticed a grinding noise when I would turn the steering wheel, as though something was rubbing against the tire. I took it back to the dealership and they assured me that nothing was wrong with the car that it didn't make the noise when they looked at it. I brought my GM vehicle here for service after making an appointment to have the work done. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance service. Even with the appointment it’s still took two hours early in the morning on a random Saturday to get my simple oil change done. This business is harassing me. My mother passed away in October of 2019. I got an advertisement from them in the mail addressed to her on May 22, I called the number in the ad from my cell phone and informed them of her passing and asked them to stop sending mail to my home. They said they would do that. That evening I got a text on my cell from sales manager Rich ****** addressed to my mother wanting her to come and trade her car in. I am still grieving from her death. I do not need to be harassed by Sullivan Cadillac.
