I brought my GM vehicle here for service after making an appointment to have the work done. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance service. Even with the appointment it’s still took two hours early in the morning on a random Saturday to get my simple oil change done.
