Jamie in the service department really made me feel like I was a true member of the the Cadillac family. This being my first Cadillac, I couldn't believe the fantastic level of service that they had to offer in regards to warranty work. Every concern that I had was addressed immediately. Because of the excellent service I received I truly believe there will be some model of Cadillac in my garage for many years to come. Kudos to you Sullivan Cadillac service department. Finally! A company that got it right.

On our 4th escalade and the only reason this location is getting a 5 star rating from me is their service department! In which the past few years was horrible! Of the past 15 years, this is the first time we are happy with their service! Its about time they make some changes!! Rob the new service manager is on top of his game and has always delivered when something is needed on our cars!

Does anyone at this dealership know how to get me off their mailing list. I have called several times, have gone by in person and I have decided that the incompetent level at this dealership is superior to any I have ever dealt with in my life. I do not have a whole bunch of knowledge in the car buying industry.. but I do know that I will not go back here for a vehicle ever.. first it started out with once the paperwork was all signed, I had to go back in a week later because something was wrong with the financing and my monthly payment went up by $200.. stuck needing a vehicle I had to agree because we had already gotten rid of our other one.. now 3 months later I am getting a letter in the mail from Sullivan Cadillac stating there is a problem with the registrati... read more
