Visited today, first impressions are a very friendly helpful bunch, while waiting in the waiting room we were asked at least 6 times if we were being seen to in the space if 10 minutes. We were there for a perceived issue with our auto gearbox. Diagnostic run..... no fault codes... mechanic spent 20 minutes explaining the pros and cons of this particular gearbox. No attempt to up sell only honest help and advice (with some banter thrown in!). Upshot is there isn't an issue. Expected a bill for the diagnostic at the very leas... read more
Would have given minus stars absolutely shocking no contact zero customer care no quality control car came back with trim hanging off ashtray behind passenger seat problem not sorted parts supplied that are duff scratched rear bumper damaged gear knob and gear linkage it’s cost almost a £1000 to put there absolutely shoddy workmanship right totally discrasefull one extremely unhappy customer
My clutch master cylinder went and then my slave cylinder as well. Suffolk transmissions sorted my car out quickly and professionally. Not only that but they also dropped my car off for me at home. I was very impressed with their service and the staff are very friendly. Would defiantly recommend them.
