Superb. Tom guided us through the entire process of replacing our staircase including a visit to he=is workshop to see various wood and profile samples and detailed design drawings. The workmanship is top notch and Tom ensures that everything is clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the finished article - a real statment piece as you enter our home.
I'd had a few ideas about renovating our old staircase, but Tom at Suffolk Stairs was the only one who immediately knew what I wanted and more importantly delivered an impressive result. Whats more he did it without fuss and tidied up as he went along so there was no mess to clean up either. Were very happy customers :)
Cannot thank Tom (Suffolk Stairs) enough for the fantastic job that he did for us in renovating our dated stairs. His work ethic and attention to detail are superb and we have no hesitation in recommending him.
