Leaving a very positive review with the service I was provided. I had a lot of work done to my teeth, staff were very friendly and supported me through the entire process.
What a beautiful airy, modern and stylish place. But the most important thing for me was the professionalism and warmth of all the staff I came in contact with. Particularly Lucy. She welcomed me like a friend and explained the treatment options to me thoroughly and honestly which helped enormously in making my decision. What an asset to the team! I've not had any treatment yet but I can tell that this service is run on positive leadership from the top down and I feel very confident joining as a patient. Well done Mr Davies
Throughout the process of getting metal braces was amazing. Especially Lucy Blodau, such a sweetheart and extremely supportive!
Clean and Professional and Patient support in a very difficult and upsetting appointment concerning next steps for dental work required after braces and tooth extraction as directed from previous Orthodontic clinic's treatment plan had been completed and the Dentist in question is refusing to complete the remaining treatment plan required for them to do as NHS treatment and telling us that the work is only able to be completed privately which is not realistically possible financially to be able to afford the treatmen t requi... read more
