The early morning bin collections around 5:20-6 AM have been consistently disruptive and have affected my sleep and well-being since I moved in (April). The noise from the trucks and the handling of bins is especially loud because the house is on a slope. I raised the issue with Winchester University, who said they would contact the contractors (SUEZ), but nothing has improved. Been using this company 10yrs plus. All great until almost 2 weeks ago. Driver never turned up and made some lame excuse saying our business wasn't open at 4.50am. On our notes they have it says 8.30am till 5.30pm. Followed up with a load of excuses about a new driver covering. Promised a collection 3 days later. Guess what...more excuses - truck broken down.
