We visited the southend tip on monday 27th April, and just wanted to give a huge thanks for 2 very helpful workers Jay and Connor, we had quite a bit of rubbish and not only did they direct us to the easiest place to park so we didn't have to heave loads of rubbish across the car park but they also helped us dispose of the rubbish which was a massive help, they took there time out of there busy working day to help which they didn't need to, these guys deserve a pay rise for what they do, always great service down there
Great staff, always helpful
Very poor managed over weekend. Cars queue about 1/2 of mile long affecting traffic flow on roads far away. Waiting time about 30 minutes. Site it's self open on half of its capacity only full of vans too.
