Being able to have the injection done in his office instead of having to wait for the hospital to schedule it . Previous experience with the hospital has been so so waited over 2 weeks to be scheduled. Then it was a 2 .hours wait for a procedure that took less than 5 minutes.
Appointment was on time, personal and Dr. were very professional. Doctor explained everything. Very thorough.

I was told that the acceptable wait time was 74 minutes, which if I was told that I could have arranged my schedule better when making the appointment. I was supposed to be contacted to set up the injection for my hip, my appointment was a week ago and I still haven’t been contacted. I called yesterday to explain I desperately need to get this scheduled to avoid further discomfort and pain but still have not gotten a call to schedule this appointment. they were pretty quick once i signed in. Doctor was polite and discussed all my options and stated his recommendations. told me what test he would like to order etc..

Very busy office. But didn't feel rushed at all. Very professional and all my questions answered and more. I am an RN,now retired, therefore my expectations are very high.! Pleasantly speaking, they exceeded them. I even got a smile and a chuckle.,that makes me smile bigger and wider!
