I appreciated Dr. Su’s honesty and helpfulness. He explained to me what would be my best options in my case, things that I did realize. This showed that he was concerned for me as patient. He did not have to do that but he did and I really appreciated him telling me.
Dr.Su is a great surgeon but I hardly see him at appointments but his staff are great too.
Have had 2 knee replacements with Dr. Su, new issue here. Waited 1 hr from appointment time (no problem) but someone could have told us that he was behind and by how much at that time.His PA was good and Dr Su explained my issue and options after an MRI to confirm severity.
Dr. Su is thorough. Takes time to answer questions and explains the treatments. The injections are not painful as some I’ve had in the pass from other physicians. Greets you with a smile. Thank you Dr. Su
The wait time was horrible but once I went to the back everything went very fast. The Dr definitely showed he cared about my problem.
Dr. Madanagopal was too the point and very informative.

Took time to explain what was wrong and what procedures they would use to correct my condition..Every one was friendly, kind and helpful.
Dr. Su made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. He listened and spent as much time as I needed with him. I barely waited for anything and the efficiency was 5 stars. I will refer everyone I know to him!
