Dr. Su is able to take the minute, confusing details of a procedure or condition and thoroughly explain them in layman’s terms. He is sincere and cares for the patient.
I waited 90 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. He is ALWAYS late in seeing me. He needs to reduce the number of appointments to alleviate this problem!
Dr. Su was fabulous. So knowledgeable, and explained my situation perfectly, and explained the answer to my problem.I feel very comfortable in his care.
Dr. Madanagopal explained the steps he would take in my surgery so well. He took his time and made sure I understood. The surgery will be more complicated than I expected but his explanation gave me full confidence in his ability to fix my problem.
Being able to have the injection done in his office instead of having to wait for the hospital to schedule it . Previous experience with the hospital has been so so waited over 2 weeks to be scheduled. Then it was a 2 .hours wait for a procedure that took less than 5 minutes.
Appointment was on time, personal and Dr. were very professional. Doctor explained everything. Very thorough.

I was told that the acceptable wait time was 74 minutes, which if I was told that I could have arranged my schedule better when making the appointment. I was supposed to be contacted to set up the injection for my hip, my appointment was a week ago and I still haven’t been contacted. I called yesterday to explain I desperately need to get this scheduled to avoid further discomfort and pain but still have not gotten a call to schedule this appointment. they were pretty quick once i signed in. Doctor was polite and discussed all my options and stated his recommendations. told me what test he would like to order etc..
