The person that gave the knee shot did a great job.
Staff is very professional. The wait time is long due to over booking. The flip side is, you get appt spot.
Short wait in the lobby. Not a long wait at all for the Dr to come in. He explained everything so I could understand what was needed to be done.
I was received promptly and professionally. I received a clean bill of health and sent off to enjoy life.
I had two horrible experiences. First I was asked to come 45 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Then the doc was running almost 2 hours late. The staff got very mad if you checked what the delay was. The new med assistant, forgot to get the numbing shot with my steroid shot, luckily the NP caught that mistake. It was the same med assistant that yelled at me for checking on my appointment. Dr. Su always takes the time to patiently listen to questions and answers in a professional and easy to understand method.
Was in dr.office for follow-up appointment on my hip replacement they treated me with respect and listened to what I had going on and made decisions based on the problem that was occurring and was truthful about what was happening
Very nice and considerate. Described the procedure and made me very informed and feel comfortable about my upcoming procedure.
Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the Dr. Su. I like him because he took time to explain the plan of care. Allowed me to ask questions. He was very thorough. Thank you Dr.Su and staff
