Dr. Su is clear, fully listens, explains in detail, does not rush me when i am there. I would refer him to anyone as a great surgeon.
Dr. Madanagopal saw me on a timely basis, so my wait time was very reasonable. The exam was thorough, but most of all, he took time to explain to me the findings of a MRI that was conducted recently. I feel I have answers to my questions.
He did not recommend hip surgery yet since the hip had not worn down sufficiently. My left hip which he replaced 8 months ago is doing very well. No issues.
Very informative, goes through all information before he ask anything. Doesn't waste time and stays focused on the problem. Gives you options.
Dr. Madanagopal was courteous throughout my 5 month stretch after a broken bone, and its functioning again.
I appreciated Dr. Su’s honesty and helpfulness. He explained to me what would be my best options in my case, things that I did realize. This showed that he was concerned for me as patient. He did not have to do that but he did and I really appreciated him telling me.
Dr.Su is a great surgeon but I hardly see him at appointments but his staff are great too.
Have had 2 knee replacements with Dr. Su, new issue here. Waited 1 hr from appointment time (no problem) but someone could have told us that he was behind and by how much at that time.His PA was good and Dr Su explained my issue and options after an MRI to confirm severity.
Dr. Su is thorough. Takes time to answer questions and explains the treatments. The injections are not painful as some I’ve had in the pass from other physicians. Greets you with a smile. Thank you Dr. Su
