Worst service ever. Dr banjeer with the long beard gave me one of the worst consolations ive ever had. Treated me like a student or like someone who has paranoia. After being scratched by a stray cat - it drew blood - abroad in a rabies endemic country and told him what the WHO guidelines says he dismissed me and was just blatantly unempathetic. Minus 99 stars. Every negative review is completely valid and still true, any exceptions are rare and not reproducible. Owners need to sell to competent leaders. Current regime are neglectful, careless, irresponsible and don't care to answer any complaints. EVERYONE must go, they have no relevance in serving anyone other than themselves and making you feel guilty for asking for reasonable standards of care. One of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I was seen by Dr. Sobitha Myurathan for a painful, red eye—a condition I have a history with. I explained my symptoms clearly and asked multiple times what I should do. She just told me to go to A&E, saying it’s a 24/7 service and I could go today. I travelled all the way to Western Eye Hospital in Central London, only to be told they were full and not accepting patients after 7 PM—even though they close at 8:30 PM. It's so hard to get appointment for my son this morning and the service is not great. Last time I had to take my son to A&E and the they called my GP and booked the appointment. I had to go around in circles.
