I have taken my car to suburban Subaru twice to get fixed. both times they gave me back my car not fixed. this last time was the worst. they decided that they would just not replace my wheel well cover that was already approved by my insurance to be replaced. they said that it was because there was nothing to attach it to on the bumper, so instead of contacting my insurance and replacing it, they just left the work undone and gave me my car back saying that it was fixed. they missed a wheel bearing that was bad and needed re... read more
Honestly if I’d known the service department didn’t have shuttle service that would reach my house (5.8 miles away according to Waze) I would’ve reconsidered the purchase. Service after the sale shouldn’t be this hard.
