I had an essentially stress-free experience working with Michal Z when purchasing my new Subie remotely. He was quick to respond, down-to-earth and patient. He gave me options to choose from, and even took a two hour drive to drop off my new Impreza to me. I cannot say enough good things, and he and this dealership will have my return business, as well as referrals!
BEWARE when trade in your car to this dealership. I traded my car in and after 4 months get a notice of abandoned vehicle on the car I don't own that traded in. I am still dealing with it and will report to better business bureau. Very unprofessional.
Always provide great service! Had a protective covering on driver's seat and steering wheel when I picked up my car.

Michael the Service specialist was extremely great throughout the entire visit. Keeping me updated during my wait period on how my vehicle’s process was progressing. I had to take my Forester in for a repair to replace a taillight (Somebody broke the cover.) I talked to parts and they ordered the part. I set up an appointment with service for the next day. I arrived. The part was there! While the work was being done, I sat outside-they rolled a chair outside for me. It was wonderful.
