Service is very good. Sync between appointment schedules and pre-paid maintenance contracts needs work to improve delay in getting vehicle out of check-in phase.
I've been a customer of Suburban Subaru since 2000. The whole dealership has been good but lately, say the last 4 years, it has risen in quality and personnel so that I still go there for service even though a dealership has opened much closer to my house. Mike Jankowski at the service desk is the best.
