I wanted to take a moment to rave about the utterly fantastic customer service I received this morning from Rich R. Being the procrastinator that I am, I absolutely needed to have my Forester serviced today before a 400 mile trip tomorrow. I booked an appointment for 7am, or so I thought. I just bought my first car from suburban subaru. Overall, it has been a great process from getting more information on the car to being educated on financing options. Brian Plauman was quick to meet me at the prices I wanted for the features I was looking for. He has been following up to see how things are with the new purchase which is greatly appreciated. I don't live very close to this dealership but I'm glad I made the trip out to do business with this facility.

From the moment we walked in to test drive a forester and outback to the time we got an outback - the service was impeccable. Small things like holding the door open to welcome you in, the no nonsense process of "providing a deal", providing a decent trade in value for our car and making sure my two small kids were also pampered while we tried to work with Joe C and James C, made it such a lovely and easy process. I would highly highly recommend starting your car shopping here - you will be take care of!!!
