We were very pleased with our purchase experience at Suburban Bubaru of Troy. Demarko, Dustin and Amber went out of their way to assist us. Demarko showed great patience with our many visits and questions and made a special trip to our home to pick up a car.
The last services I got for my subaru outback, Richard Ransom help me a lot, answering all my questions and more, he's very nice and really really he knows what he's doing. Also, he is very professional and he is fast with all the paperwork that's need it.
They are horrible people that don't honor purchase agreements! Horrible horrible horrible
Dealership continually spams me with emails I didn't sign up for. I have repeatedly tried to unsubscribe but the content comes directly from salespeople and the emails to not have proper unsubscribe linkage. I have never even visited this dealership,nor shown interest in a used car from them. I have no idea why this is occurring.
I have not yet purchased a car from Troy Subaru yet, though am considering it later this year. The folks there truly care about people and good service. I am a volunteer with an Animal Rescue group called Paws for Life that helps to find homes for cats and dogs in our area. We operate on all donations to pay for the Veterinary care they receive before they are adopted. For the last 2 years Suburban Subaru has contributed a large amount of money to this effort in their Share the Love campaign. We are very thankful for that. T... read more
I wasn't there to buy a vehicle. Our animal rescue paws for life rescue was there to help find homes for these less fortunate dogs, pups, cats and kittens that never got a real chance for true happiness. What an awesome dealership to go beyond selling cars to help us accomplish this! From managers to sales staff, everyone of them friendly, supportive and helpful. The customers buying vehicles all had smiling faces also. If I was in the market for a vehicle I would definitely consider coming here!!!!
