We experienced a gas leak at our tank, I would like to acknowledge the timely efforts by Les Miller/Suburban Propane to correct the problem. The technician Les Miller took the time to communicate the issue and relighted our equipment and did a double safety check. His efforts were appreciated, eliminating all our concerns.

Grace the office attendant and Lonnie the Tech were absolutely amazing. They took good care of me, got me service as soon as they could, made everything easy and stress less. By far the best experiences I've had dealing with propane companies Thank You Grace & Lonnie of the Jamestown & Groveland offices

We recently had to have our propane tank filled at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. We did not realize the tank was so low until we arrived at the house. In a panic, I called the Groveland office and Barbara helped us immediately. She was so kind and helpful. She had the tank refill arranged and filled by Saturday. Thank you Barbara and Suburban for your excellent customer service!

Horrible customer service and no regard for the consumer. Our business was clearly not important to Suburban Propane.

Have had Suburban Propane service for years at 2 different locations and have been very pleased!
