Company is a joke. We paid $1000 for a fill on Dec. 20th. It's Jan 7...they've told us they were coming to fill no less than 5 times and never show. When we call, they are rude and tell us we were never put on the schedule (why? no clue. they never give a reason other than they're short staffed). It's actually laughable at this point. We have less than 5% left in our tank at this point, which our heat relies on solely in the current temps. Nobody at the company thus far has cared if we run out and have no heat.
