Very efficient, I was in and out for in 45 mins for an oil change. Facilities are very clean and comfortable while waiting for your vehicle to be completed. I will be using them again for service on my truck!
Took my Escape for its first oil change/inspection, and the service department at Suburban Ford Waterford were great! Very fast, went over everything , was in and out in less than an hour.
