Had a flat tire and just hated the thought of being late to work. Nick who has been with Suburban for 6 mo in the service department helped me so quickly and kindly. Yes I agree with my husband, if the service from guys like Nick and of course the great Nathan we would not buy our cars at Suburban.
Wonderful new facility and as usual great people.
I took my vehicle in for a recall. I was told it would be half a day. I had them shuttle me home expecting it to take 4-5 hours.It was ready in two hours. I had the shuttle service then pick me back up. Extremely prompt and friendly service. They even washed my vehicle.

I have had a very hard time getting a hold of service writer and have even left a message with the service manager with no answer. I’m looking for the warranty claim number that was supposedly submitted for my non functioning heated seat, which was denied by Ford. After several calls and emails I’m starting to think the claim was never submitted and they just expect me to pay out of pocket to fix my seat. Extremely dissatisfied.
We've probably leased and purchased our last 5 cars through Suburban Ford and we're always happy with the quality of service we have received. Laurie Moses is the best!
Great service and very friendly staff that helped guide the purchase to what I wanted.
The service people were very courteous. I had an added repair I wasn't planning on. But the extra time I had to wait was minimal. Lounge was nice, great TV. Thanks everyone!
