RecommendedCame in for an oil change and to have front brakes done before a long road trip. Was told I would be there 3-4 hours, which I expected and had brought plenty of reading and puzzle books. 2 1/4 hours later, I was on my way with the work completed. I really appreciated the efficient service and feel safe to hit the road!
In service, Friday 13, 2019 for airbag recall. Adam helped me get everything together for the day. Had a 2020 Ford Fusion for a loaner, what a wonderful vehicle. Having a current 2007 Ford Fusion, which I bought new from Suburban, I could certainly see the improvements in the product. Extremely sad Ford is ending production of the Fusion-think the bean counters have gone nuts with respect to a great product line.

I was there yesterday and had Jerry Kraft for my dealer he was very helpful and easy to work with! I got exactly what I wanted! A 2020 Ford Escape was what I got after turning in my 3 year lease, I love my new Escape!!! Thank Jerry for making it a great experience!
