RecommendedUnfortunately my most recent experience was not ideal. Work order called for a tire rotation. Tech didn’t do the job. Advised that he didn’t have key, which was laying on the passenger seat. “Check In” tech was advised of the location on my arrival. What is most disturbing is that when the job was eventually completed, the excuse I was given was that the lug key 🔑 had to have been in the glove box. That is untrue. CT.
Friendly/ clean and fast /
Shay Thomas at Suburban Ford of Waterford really did a lot of leg work for us and made it easy for two busy people like my wife and I to lease two new vehicles without a hassle. I highly recommend her for your salesperson.
Service department is very attentive
When it comes to maintenance, service and repairs Suburban Ford of Waterford has 5 stars in my book all thanks to David Deckard. I even take my non Ford car to them for oil changes and such.
I went there because my tires were messing up got my tires done the mechanic did a good job tire mechanic they treated me with respect their real good to make sure that they keep you up-to-date on what's going on with your vehicle
