RecommendedI live in White Lake and was tired of taking my Lincoln to Novi so I inquired at Suburban if I could bring my car in for service. They said sure. I bought the Suburban Care package and had my oil changed and would have been home in 1-1/2hr. The valet forgot to wash the car. Then after washing gave me the car running and I left. I was halfway home when I noticed the “no key detected” warning. I had to return to get the fob. Didn’t know I could drive without it. Still happy with service.
Great Service! I had a recall on my 2017 Ford Escape and they were able to change my appointment time, get the job done as promised and washed my car while it was there. They also recommended an alignment which may save me replacing tires upon turning in the lease.
Prompt service, friendly staff, good doughnuts
Charlie was great,got me in and back home within 35 minutes and then they came back and picked me up when my Escape was ready. I’m very satisfied

Just leased a new car from Suburban and wow everyone is incredibly helpful. It’s always stressful for me dealing with that kind of thing and I’m always worried someone is going to try to talk me into something I can’t afford. NOPE not here. Took my Ford Escape to Suburban Ford for a recall on it. Had an appointment scheduled with Justin. He took care of everything for me while I was there. In and out in less than an hour with a bonus car wash!! Thank you Justin!!
