A friendly and welcoming place to do business. When I brought my car in for service they took care of me right away. I was ushered to the waiting area. When the car was finished the service man came to the waiting room to get me and walk me out to my car to let me know everything was OK.
Salesman Nick Burns just delivered a 2016 Edge for my wife. A few months ago, I bought a used 2013 Silverado from their used car lot so we returned when she needed a new car. Both transactions were very smooth. We were treated very well by everyone there, and the General Manager, Jeff, even took the time to walk us through the newly remodeled service department. They gave us top dollar for our trade in, and we didn't have to play any games to get the best deal. We'll be back for sure.
Lila Dedvukaj always gives me the best deal out there. Suburban ford is great but I go couse I know Lila will always take care of me and my family thank you Lila can't wait to buy another one lol

I always have The best experience when I visit this dealer. Lila have put me in two of my favor cars my 2014 fusion and now my 2015 edge with no problem. She is every professional, and communicate every well. Im a every picky person lol but she got me what I wanted. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Moe is fabulous! He got me out of my current GM lease, into a brand new Explorer (the exact one I wanted!) and all at a GREAT price! Moe was on top of everything, he followed up when he said he would and stayed true to his word. I have had multiple GM leases and this is my first Ford. I'm not sure I would have made the switch and loved the leasing experience with Ford had I gone anywhere else. I highly recommend seeing Moe!
