I went into Suburban Ford of Ferndale thinking an SUV would be out of my price range but I gave it one last shot and met Tom Sammut. He went over and above his role to help me. He checked on things for me and even arranged transportation so that I could return my current vehicle. He explained things very thoroughly and at the end there were no surprises. I may not have typically chosen a smaller dealership but I am glad I did!
This is my third Ford lease since Saturn went out of business and I can tell you, I have never been happier. Just as the past two times, this time was an even more smoother transition. Jim Stevens, who leased me my last two cars, was amazing. He was interested in what I wanted, no pressure at all. I just went in for an oil change. I waited for maybe less than an hour, then I was on my way. Had to pay $8.00 which was unexpected I thought it way 1st oil change free/
Moe made it easy! I was shopping around and no one came close to the service he gave me. Moe was always available for questions and when I came in to pick up the vehicle, everything was waiting for me exactly as promised. The price beat out the competition. It always feels like someone's trying to pull something over on you when purchasing a car, but Moe made this one a no brainer. Highly recommend!
my experience in purchasing my mustang was excellent ! my salesperson,jake swanson was very accommodating and not pushy and was very personable.he listened to my concerns,arranged a test ride and helped me with getting the best finance deal.we discussed drag pak options for the gt and he provided me with that information.i would definitely return and see jake and would highly recommend him and suburban for a ford !
Bought my Ford Focus 2014 in for the works maintenance service. It was done in a timely manner, will take my car back for other issues. The staff is friendly. and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was when I went to pick up my car, someone messed around with my radio, and rear view mirror, leave them alone next time.
