Horriable service. I purchased a car and they sold me a warranty to fix the issues it is having. Told me to wait at least 30 days before taking it to a shop. Now the warranty company does not want to pay for it because the cost of repairs exceeds the value of the car. Talked to the guy I bought it from and the service manage. I was told that the trans issues is not a big deal and really doesn't need to be fixed. They must not know how cars work. Absolutely no help. Will never buy another car form here.

Worst experience ever. Somehow my phone number got switched in system so finance guy couldn't call me. I called him for 30 minutes and no answer. Then get told some other guy put deposit on it but my salesman never told me to do that. Then he tells me his sales manager says he only has 24 hrs to buy it or its mine. I text my sales man the next day and still nothing. Horrible communication between sales in general and me. I'm beyond pissed and will never shop here for anything.

I went in for an oil change and a maintenance checkup. The staff is so friendly. Ed assisted me and was a phenomenal host.
Very friendly and super helpful customer service people. Fixed everything I requested perfectly. Salesman "Jimmy" is so honest (I know!) He will my car salesman till he retires. You can trust him!

Best place to buy or lease your next car. Super friendly staff. I worked with Nicholas Burns and he made the process, in which I was dreading, a complete breeze! Came in on a Thursday to look at a Ford Escape, told him my price range and I picked up my car the very next day. It was painless, Nick took the time to walk me through every step of my new car, all the features and programming. Best customer service experience I have honestly ever had in my life! I am a customer for life now� thank you!
