Had a great experience with Carl Watts when getting my new 2017 Subaru Forester! He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. He really wanted me to understand the car and I appreciate his kindness and patience. He truly knows the meaning of stress free! Kim in the finance dept. also deserves kudos for being kind and cheerful. She explained things plainly with a great smile and never rushed me. I LOVE my new car! We had spent most of the day at another dealership in Auburn checking out a Mini Cooper there. We ran across the street for literally 7 minutes to compare a car across the street, & someone else walked up & had the car on a test drive. We then had to sit there & wait another hour to see if the financing went through for them to purchase the car we thought was ours. No ones fault, but we were shocked. If you could stop pulling my credit that would be great. It's been well over 30 days and yet you're still pulling without my permission. My credit was 700 and is now below 600 because of all your hard pulls. Thanks for nothing dicks.

This place is absolutely great! However I do have to mention that I went there today for some paperwork stuff, and was kind of bothered that it took two people (one not even in a uniform of any sort) to go fill up my gas tank. I don't even know where to begin with my wonderful experience here with Andrew. Friendly, helpful and informative. Thank you for putting my faith back into car salesmen. This was my first stop and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Wade found me the lowest interest rate and really went above and beyond.
