My husband and I just bought friday the 24th April ( our 27th anniversary) car from Subaru of Puyallup. Judi, Justin, Brian and many others were amazing and helpful. Finance was fantastic. We surely recommend this dealership. We specially drove over 5 hrs to get our vehicle and we are so happy with it. Brian Fuller, sales associate, exemplifies "stress free" through the entire purchase process and afterwards. He periodically touches base and ensures all is going well. I experienced a minor issue, and Brian promptly introduced me to the Service department. My initial experience with the Service department was less than ideal, and Tom Jensen, service manager, shined resolving the issue. His attitude of customer service and thoughtfulness is amazing.
