Bought my impreza 6 months ago...the exact everything on my wish list...I got the payments, finance rate .. no trade in ..no cash down . It was a long 2 hour match..but I am a long time happy customer ♡

Thank you so much for an awesome experience! I live in Bremerton, and have a Subaru dealership closer, however it is worth the drive to Puyallup to get the customer service that your dealership provides! My salesman, Rick Whyte was filled to the brim with knowledge about Subarus. I especially liked that I was not rushed or pushed in my decision making process. The only key I had to my Daily Driver (99'Outback) finally broke and wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get a new key. Luckily y'all had a key in stock and would be able to make me one for my car, 30 mins to close and I was able to come down and get a new one! I spoke to one of your service advisors, Matt Lundell, while I waited and he was super friendly.

Once I bought the car, it has been extremely difficult to get calls back to questions/issues I've had, regardless of department; as in, I have NEVER gotten a call back on the same day and frequently just don't get a call back, despite promises to the contrary. The car is nice, but I wish I hadn't bought it there.

Two weeks ago, I brought in my car to have it checked because the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) was on. You said that the TPMS was malfunctioning and all four of my tires were fine. You charged me around $62 for the check and you quoted me a further ~$250 to have the TPMS replaced. At that time, I didn't want to have it replaced because I was still under warranty with ABRA.
