If I could rate a 0 as an option I would. Kym in the Finance department forced me into going through a credit union I did not want to go through. I would have gladly paid extra to go through a credit union that would have been local to me, but instead without my knowledge was sent to Tapco Credit Union. Went to make my first payment only to find out they never actually submitted for my Loan and that I was approved on the spot.
