Andrew Wheeler! Seriously Bro, the statement you guys use about stress free is literally true. I had an appointment was nervous test drove a brand new 2018 subaru WRX immediately I wanted it. Jerome Sirmans was simply awesome! He toured the lot with me showing different models of the Outback! We looked at features and contemplated colors and interior colors! We test drove the Outback I ultimately purchased! The staff were friendly and welcoming. I love my new vehicle!

I wanted to order a 2018 Subaru and wasn't getting any follow up on my inquiries to the Subaru team in Bellevue. Based on a friend's advice, I decided to call Subaru Puyallup, even though it seemed pretty far to commute. I called first, to see if they could help me and the salesman, Justin, offered to place my car order over the phone so I didn't have to drive there. These guys went above and beyond to get me in a new (to me) car! Andrew went way out of his way to get the car I wanted to see from their off-site storage area. Matt in the financing depart was so patient and kind, helping me find a way to take my car home that day while I worked with my insurance company! Would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Let me start off by saying that stress free buying is a real thing. Other dealerships are always so pushy and seem like they just wanna race out to you and do whatever it takes to make the sale. We took our '08 Subaru Outback in for its 90,000 mile service. While waiting we went to look over new cars and were lucky to run into Leidi Rhines. She showed us several cars, taking care to show all the whiz-bang features of the new Outbacks.
