My wife and I were searching what seems like all of Western Washington for the perfect Forester at the perfect price for over a month. I was contacted by Austin Embody in reference to a Forester of interest. I got convinced to check out their Wallup sale over the weekend. I went to Subaru of Puyallup with the intention of buying a newer Subaru. Dennis Ecklund went through their inventory to find card that fit my needs. I was shown all of the cars. Dennis asked if it were OK to see what was available for end of year 2018 vehicles. I ended up purchasing a new 2018 Forrester for just a bit over what I had planned to spend on a used car. There was no high pressure at any time. Dennis Ecklund really made car buying a pleasant experience.

Thanks to my Salesperson Mary MacFarlane for a Stress Free car buying experience. I already had my mind made up on a specific car, a 2019 quartz pearl blue CrossTrek limited. They didn't have my car on the lot. but I decided to at least take a test drive in a different color model. Brian Fuller was our salesperson for a 2014 Outback in 2013. He did such a great job of answering our questions and making us feel comfortable. We really thought our beloved 2014 Outback would last a lot of years, maybe even until we were no longer driving, but a hit and run driver, totaling our car, had a different idea. Helmut was our sales consultant and was friendly and easy going. There was no pressure into buying and I found a car I've always dreamed of owning! All the staff we encountered were friendly, communicated well, knew their stuff, and offered refreshments. I highly recommend taking a look for a car here! Car fax was ready and available as well.
