We will definitely be shopping at Subaru of Puyallup again. We purchased our car six months ago, and it is everything they promised. There was no hype, no pressure, no hurry. Austin was with us from the beginning to the end, making it easy to ask questions and get consistent answers. Austin was able to answer all of our questions, and was so kind to our 7 year old. I appreciate that Subaru of Puyallup has a special area for kids.

Subaru of Puyallup was extremely easy to work with. Our sales person Kimberlee Cade was very helpful and explained all of the options and functions of the car and was very knowlegible about these cars. There was, as they say, no stress. No hard sell, no "you better buy it now or it will be gone" tactics and I really appreciated that. If you are looking for a great car at a great price with a very nice dealership than look no farther than Subaru of Puyallup and ask for Kimberlee.

Andrew was nothing but helpful, from the moment We pulled into the lot you could tell he was more interested in finding Me a vehicle than making the sale. Our initial visit with Subaru of Puyallup was very welcoming and the salesman was knowledgeable about the Crosstrek. We had visited several different dealerships of several different makes of cars and settled on Subaru of Puyallup because of their customer service and stress free service. A big shout out to the team at Subaru of Puyallup and the Harnish Auto Family as a whole. This is the second time buying from the Harnish Auto Family and I can safely say that as long as they continue to have cars I'm interested in we will continue to buy from them.
