A few weeks ago I purchased my very first brand new car, a 2019 Crosstrek. From beginning to end my experience was absolutely amazing! I got quoted a different price from a different dealership and because I only wanted to buy from Puyallup, they honored it. My experience with Harnish Auto Family's Subaru of Puyallup has not been a good one. Sales Manager Ryan Forstrom lied to me about what happened to my special ordered Crosstrek. Claimed that another dealership transferred it and sold it to their customer. Through some research and with verification from Subaru of America , found out that Subaru of Puyallup had received the delivery and then sold it to another customer. Our experience was great, we did our research and where ready to test drive and make a purchase. Helmut Immig, was a great (salesman) person to walk us thru the process. I put salesman in brackets because he never put on the sales pressure, he really was great. We had gotten pre-approved from our credit union, so financing was a breaze as well. Thank you Subaru of Puyallup we will be back, but now that we have a subaru, it will be awhile. lol
