The integrity of ryan gifford is absolutely un called for! sold a young couple his personal car, used his position at subaru to ensure them the car was in good working order. less than 24 hrs later it was in the shop! ryan stated that he had the turbo replaced by a mechanic at subaru, then when he was confronted about it, he said the mechanic did it at his house. the blowby hose which if you take the turbo off is right there! it was wrapped in black tape. fire that mechanic! he also knew the rearend and the transmission was ... read more

Austin Embody & Ryan Forstrom are fantastic! We walked into the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted and these guys made it happen. Customer service is wonderful there. I was taking my Subie to Bruce Titus but I will no longer do so. I had a problem with my car for about 3-4 month and Bruce Titus couldn’t figure out the mechanical issue & the customer service was bad. But I took it to Subaru of Puyallup & in 3 hours they figured it out.
