Be extremely cautious before taking your car here for service! The only thing the service department at Subaru of Puyallup is interested in is selling you erroneous services to jack up your bill. I brought my 2015 Subaru Outback in for an oil change last Saturday. I was told that it required a front and rear differential service at 30k and that I should go ahead and do their 30k service (this is before they have looked at the car, car has 37k on it). Our Express technicians do visual inspections. The full differential service is $159.95, and is a preventative maintenance we recommend. Our 30k service is $599.95 and while this includes the differential service, it also includes many others, giving the customer a better deal. This is our 3rd Subaru purchase in as many years. I must say that our salesman Austin Embody, as well as the rest of the staff, were amazing from start to finish! Come early and ask for Mac Canfield...you will get exceptional customer service as well as very fair stress free pricing. Buying experience was very enjoyable and all the staff were very accommodating. We changed our mind several times so we had to redo paper work and it was handled without a hitch. Great product, exception al service and very accommodating staff, just doesn't get better than this. Highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup.
