I'd give both Kirk Scholl and George Mayfield a 10 for how helpful and knowledgeable they are concerning Subaru's. Had a great experience. Picked up a Forester. I'd definitely return for another purchase. a great experience.

The guys in service and parts are total rock stars for helping me get my key made after a friend had snapped my key in the car door! They were really kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation
Mac was absolutely phenomenal. Found me the perfect car right away. And kept us happy and entertained while we waited in a very full waiting room to complete the paperwork. Best car buying experience i have ever had!
Twice I've been here. The first time i wanted to trade my 18k$ mustang for a 7k $ Kia. They wouldn't even try to help me make some kind of deal. 2nd time being there I was with a friend. When my friend told the salesman he was here to look. The salesman said "well shit, that's to bad." And walked away. So if he gets the car he came to look at, he will be going to auburn Subaru. Poor attitude for all the people I've spoken to at this place. So sad.

RecommendedWe went to Subaru of Puyallup to buy a vehicle and happened to get Mac as our salesman. Mac has to be the BEST salesman on the planet.
