Really great buying experience. Started the day with Leidy, who listened to our needs and desires, and after a nice test drive, allowed us to go explore other options. Also went to Tacoma Subaru (Bruce Titus) and had a terrible experience that was a colossal waste of time, which led us to come back to Leidy. She didn't try to oversell us, instead working within our parameters to help us find the car we wanted. Then, Wade helped us get some incredible financing. When I bough my Legacy in late 2015, I thought Kim Ruff did a fantastic job....fast forward 1 year later, I move to Florida and go in to my local Subaru for an oil change, then get told I owe 80 dollars for the oil change....come to find out Kim didnt put in what was needed for the 2 year/24,000 mile Maintenance plan. So I tried non stop for almost 6 months to get ahold her, and get nothing in return. Then figure out that I was charged BS "fees" because of the area I was in, granted I rolled over a bit of money but.... Fast ... read more

Understand they are not a "no haggle" dealership. They get many rebates that they hope you don't know about. This is the nature of the new car sales business. Beyond that, I was treated with respect and got what I felt was a very good deal. I highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup.
