I’ve just had the pleasure of Style & DESIGN fitting my new window. It wasn’t a straightforward job as the brickwork underneath the window had to be taken out to enable a larger window to be fitted to meet building regulations for a bedroom window to open wide enough for means of fire escape. Style and Design have been extremely efficient and friendly from start to finish on our window and French door installation. The fitter was respectful and friendly whilst working efficiently and leaving everything clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend and use this company again.
Absolutely shocking attitude used them once would never use them again definitely need new people to answer the phone
Absolutely hopeless. Was told products were not available when they were, received incorrect quotations three times over a period of weeks, and eventually took my business to Wingham, where i got a cheaper price for exactly what i wanted - things i had been told were not possible. My new windows are now being installed. Steer clear.
