Sent me the completely wrong item brand and size, I tried to contact them with the phone number provided on the website which is an incorrect number on I also sent various emails to try and resolve the problem to no answers. This service isn’t fit for purpose. now. It used to be a good company. I will not use ever again
Hellish company I ordered and paid in full for a bedroom set draws , wardrobe chest of draws and bed side 2 cabinets in Jan they came with courier wrong colour our service local were amazing and did not even et it off HGV they too it to there yard. They sent it to Arrow XL to the mainland who still have 11/2/25 I phone them to day who blame studio WHO you can’t speake to on a phone £199 I paid out right and I save and save I have no suit no money and explanation of where it is .
