I took my first class with Michelle on Monday. She was amazing!!! She made me feel so welcomed. I loved barre so much I signed up for the 1 month unlimited! I can't wait. Definitely a great workout, and all the girls are nice!
This was my first Barre class and I absolutely loved it. I was a ballet dancer for 16 years and to touch a barre after all these years felt great. I love the way they incorporate alittle ballet in the class. My instructor was Allison and she was so sweet and very helpful.They welcomed me into the class with open arms. I will be going at least once a week to get my Tuck on. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great workout.
These barre tenders kick your tush AND you have fun when they are! My tushy was as flat as a pancake, now it has some miraculous lift! My abs are flatter and I feel stronger than I ever have before! STUDIO BARRE FOR LIFE! (And for lift;)♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ LOVE YOU BARRE-TENDERS!!!
I loved the atmosphere! The workout was probably one of the best workouts I have ever had in my life! I went to my first free class yesterday and my body is so sore today. I will continue to keep going.
The music is great, the barre tenders are amazing, and no matter what, it's a team effort! No one else knows or appreciates that burn like your fellow barre belles! ��
