I love Barre! If I can do it, you can do it!!! The instructors and staff are fantastic and I don't even like to exercise!!!
Fantastic group of instructors! Tough but fun workout strengthening the core and lower body especially. Easy for beginners to pick up, yet challenging for frequent tuckers.
