This is such a different workout than I have ever done before, and it is so fun! You really have a hard time grasping the fact that such small movements are going to make such a big difference. I can feel my workouts the next day or two consistently and know that I'm working muscles that I don't normally work. The atmosphere is so fun and motivating, and the instructors are so interactive and helpful in making sure that you have the correct form so you do not injure yourself. I love it!
I’m obsessed! I’ve taken four classes at The St. John location and it’s the best hour of my day where I get to focus on me while getting in shape. The instructors are super helpful, the music is great, and everyone there has been welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend trying a class for yourself...I bet you’ll be hooked!
